Established in 1954, Minnie's has
the pleasure and privilege of
serving the Modesto and valley area
for nearly four generations.  The name
"Minnie's" was given by the first
owners, Minnie Woo and Hop Louie.  
The Mah family took over in 1960 and
has since kept the same traditional
Chinese family dinners, offering a
variety of dishes from Cantonese and
Mandarin cuisine.  Accompanied with
the Exotic Tropical drinks, the Mah
boys, Peter and Stuart also created
several unique and spirited beverages
for your pleasure.  Look for Minnie's
new banquet facilities and let our
hostess, Maria, help you plan for that
"special" occasion, small parties or
large banquets!
